BELOIT, WISCONSIN FREE METHODIST CHURCH "Lighthouse Christian Family Church" The Lighthouse Christian Family Church, of Beloit, Wisconsin is looking for a Senior Pastor. Beloit is in the south central part of Wisconsin just over the Illinois border and has a population of about 35,000. Across the state line is South Beloit with an additional population of about 15,000. The school district consists of 12 neighborhood elementary schools (grades K-5), two middle schools (grades 6-8) and one high school. Rock County Christian School is located in the Beloit/Janesville communities (The elementary campus is located in Janesville while the middle/high school campus is located in Beloit). The Rock River which flows through Beloit is lined with parks and offers a great opportunity for boating and fishing. Beloit is home for the Beloit Snappers (a Minnesota Twins club team). Other recreational opportunities include ice skating, bowling and roller skating. The church sanctuary seats 200. In addition to the sanctuary there are nine meeting rooms. The parsonage, located across the paved parking lot from the church, has three bedrooms on the main floor and one in the walk out basement. There are two bathrooms and a half bath. Other rooms include a large living/dining area, kitchen with a small dining area, office space which can also be used as a bedroom, a family room and a laundry room in the basement area. There is a one car garage as part of the basement area. In addition to the Sunday Morning Celebration (a mix of contemporary and traditional worship) there is an adult Sunday school class, a children/youth Sunday school class, 3 midweek Bible studies groups, and a men’s small group. There is a Kids Celebration which also meets during a part of the worship service. EAST PEORIA FREE METHODIST CHURCH EAST PEORIA, ILLINOIS The East Peoria Free Methodist Church is looking for a senior pastor who can provide dynamic leadership to a vibrant congregation which averages about 150 in worship. The East Peoria congregation has a blended worship service featuring a traditional/contemporary style. Sunday school classes are available for nursery age children through adults. The "Stay Connected" service on Sunday evenings is both informal and inspirational. Family night on Wednesdays includes a meal, brief worship, Christian Life Club for children, as well as youth and adult activities. Also available during the week are small groups for both men and women. A "Cross Connection" contemporary worship for "seekers" occurs occasionally on Saturdays. The church sanctuary seats approximately 350 with additional seating of about 50 in the balcony. There are 17 other meeting rooms available, including a large fellowship hall and a well equipped kitchen. There is a lovely parsonage in a quiet residential area which has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 other rooms as well as an attached 2 car garage. The East Peoria Church is located on a major travel route. The building is paid for and well maintained. The congregation reflects a wide range of age and social status. East Peoria is a separate municipality of approximately 22,000; however, it is part of the greater Peoria Area of about 180,000. The community of East Peoria has one high school, one junior high school, six elementary schools, a "sports complex" which includes a SplashDown Water Park, gym, outdoor track, and softball and soccer fields. There are many well maintained city parks including RiverFront Park on the Illinois River. JAMESTOWN FREE METHODIST CHURCH JAMESTOWN, NORTH DAKOTA The Jamestown Free Methodist Church is looking for a senior pastor who can provide vision and encouragement for one of our smaller congregations. Jamestown is a neat city with a population of about 16,000. It is the home of the world’s largest buffalo and two albino buffalos and will soon have a Super Walmart. The shopping mall has a Kmart, Pennys, Sears, and Radio Shack as well as many other stores. There are several elementary schools, a middle school and a new high school. There is a nice hospital, three medical clinics, and several nursing homes. There are several manufacturing companies which provide employment possibilities. Jamestown currently has a traditional style of worship and one adult Sunday school class. There are two small groups which meet at different times. The church sanctuary seats approximately 125. There are 3 children’s classrooms, a fellowship hall and kitchen on the lower level. There is an office and library on the main level. The parsonage has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 4 other rooms as well as a small garage which is used for storage. NEW LIFE FREE METHODIST CHURCH LOYAL, WISCONSIN The New Life Free Methodist Church in Loyal, Wisconsin is looking for a turn-a-round pastor who will take a small but committed congregation to a new and higher level of ministry. Loyal is the place 'where city and country meet'. On the one hand, Loyal is a mere 15 minutes from the city of Marshfield, yet in the other direction, it is only a short drive to county forest land, fishing opportunities, and other rural attractions. Within the city are three parks, a softball diamond, tennis courts, a golf course, horseshoe pits, bowling, and a medium sized library. Educational opportunities include a public high school, middle school and primary school. as well as St. Anthony's Elementary School.
