| District Mission Updates
Effective and efficient management of the North Central Conference can be better accomplished through the District Leader concept. Six individuals have been chosen by Superintendent John Grover in consultation with the Conference Ministerial Education and Guidance Board to augment the work of the superintendent throughout our seven state region.
DISTRICT LEADERS - Names from left to right as follows.

(Chicago Metro), VISION: The vision of the North Central Conference of the Free Methodist Church is to be a healthy biblical community of holy people, multiplying disciples, leaders, groups and churches. GOALS: 1) To assist churches to be all they can be for Jesus. 2) To continue emphasis on the planting of new churches. 3) To develop young leaders throughout the Conference. SYSTEM OF OPERATION: Bishop meet monthly with Superintendent; Superintendents meet monthly with District Leaders; District Leaders meet monthly with Pastors; Pastors meet monthly with local church leaders.
